Ask the public how much Carbon Dioxide is in our atmosphere.
Q. Is it 40, 4 or .04 percent?
Unfortunately, people have no idea.
A. It's actually just .038 percent.
The #1 greenhouse gas on Earth is water vapor. And we didn't create the oceans.
Call me a skeptic .
