Book 4 A really good children's book that was entertaining for me. Time travel is always a good genre and the time period to which the children travel is an interesting one, England 1763. Buckley-Archer writes a great story that left me wishing for the next book in the trilogy.

Book 3 A good kid's-level book. My 7 year old gobbled up these stories in no time. The story is good and the creatures and characters are interesting. I wanted to know the story before I took the kids to see the movie version.

Book 2 A good recount of the Trojan War from the point of view of the woman that started it all. George writes an engaging historical fiction with bits of mythological whimsy added, giving a sense of the power the gods had over the people of that time. It was a good book but wasn't as engaging for me as "Memoirs of Cleopatra".

Quick, interesting read

Read on a recommendation and as far as sci-fi goes, it's a good story. Some of the science went a little above my head (ie. quantum theory, black holes, time travel) but really enjoyed the concept. Interested in how the tv series will pan out. read review
