I am not a rereader, but when White Witch, Black Curse was coming out i had to reread them. I did not want to miss a thing. I love this series. It has great characters and the main is not 'invincible' as many are. The world is original and the rules are believable (in a supes kind of way)! I love that Kim is able to slowly introduce characters and then a few books later is when they really get their dues. And she is not afraid to get rid of a character even though it makes you upset. And thankfully they do not come back, i HATE that!!! All in all this is my favorite series and i can't wait for the next instalment, Black Magic Sanction. I hope Kim stays true to her characters and does not sell out like many authors i read have done.

I love it. Harry is a great character who has great values and such a great sense of humour that i find i am always grinning when he is talking! Again one of my favorite things is that Harry is not 'invincible'. He gets his butt kicked all the time and although he gets back up to fight again (usually with some smart-ass comment) he still is not "all powerful" and difinately makes some mistakes. I also love the supporting characters in this book and love the different "supes worlds". I love hearing from Thomas and the vamps, the weres, the council and my personal favorites, the Fae. This is a great series and anyone who is sick of the main character being a nympho and wants some hard core action, i say pick it up and give it a try.

Kelley Armstrong is probably the first canadian author that i have ever really tried and she is great. I love her books and she has great characters. Although there is definately some romance inthis series, it is more real and believable. And what i love is that one the characters are in a relationship, their life is not over. This series has a great mix of supes and we get to hear from them all, as the main character for the books is not always the same from book to book. I love how the world is developing and i am very excited to see Elena again.

For a romance series, this is quite possibly my favorite. It is full of that classical humour that so many books have, the guys are huge and bad-ass and of course there is a great mythology (history) deep in there that is great too. Although every story is essentially just how two people fall in love and get together, there is more of an underlying story than most romances have. And one of my favorite things is that we actually see the bda-guys POV. They are actual characters with stories for themselves. If you are looking for pretty good action and always need a ahppy ending i suggest grabbing onto these boys. They will definately leave you wanting more!

This is a great series. The main character, sookie, is a telepath who is living in a world where vamps have just come out of the closet. This series is full of all the supes politics that are always about and there is also great relationships. Again, i love that that sookie is not a nympho, but her 'love life' is definately there and active, but it is not the center of the stories. The character development is great and Charlaine is not afraid to mess up the rules and people definately change.

This is a classic romance series, but what i feel that sets it apart from the unending romance sea is two main things. 1. Although every book is essentially just a couple getting together, there is a back story the progresses through the whole series, so it feels more like a series, as opposed to a bunch of stories set in the same world. 2. The characters after finding their 'one and only' do not slip off the planet. THey have roles in later books and in some cases,we even get inside thier head again. I love it! I loke these characters and lets face it life does not end when you find your man/woman.

I think that Mercy is probably one of my favorite characters ever. She is not a DiD (damsel in destress) and she fights for what she needs. At the same time she is vulnerable and things don't ALWAYS work out in the end. This series had a great mix of supes from vamps, to weres, to Fae and even a ghost or two. Also i should mention that the cover to Bone crossed is my favorite cover EVER, for any book.

k, so here i grouped the weather warden series in with the Outcast season series to save on space. This is a great series and i really like the new world that Rachel created in these books. I love the mix of magic and science and the supporting characters are absolutely amazing. I love the 'new' idea of the Djinn and am alwasy happy when someone introduces me to a new supe, or atleast a new take on a traditional one.

This is a great series, as it has it all, great action, great characters and great sex. The main character is Riley, a half werewolf, half vampire special ops type person. She has a twin brother who is the same with whom she lives. THis series is full of great action and has a pretty good story in it as well. One thing that draws me to it is that it is full of sex, but the main character does not come across as hugely slutty because of it. It just is what it is. Also the supporting characters are pretty good too.
