    New to the Group

Posted by Deb Rupcic, 4 years ago

I've read most of Iris Johansen's books and love them all. They keep you on the edge of your seat, hard to put down! I find it difficult looking for her new books though, sometimes the covers change and I'm not sure if I've read them already, mind you they are so good I'd read them again.

  • New fan & hooked

My stepmother gave me Fatal Tide to read last year & I was hooked. I do not normally like modern fiction but have become a fan of the forensics genre. Since Ruth gave me the first book I have read 9 of Iris' books & have enjoyed ever one. I plan to read all of them. I too really like that there are recurring characters -- I think that's what I like most; it's like reconnecting with a friend.

Hi I was introduced to Iris Johansen when my daughter picked up a book for me 4 years ago.It was called The Search.
I enjoy the mystery and the anthropolgy aspects.I also enjoy how a character is introduced in one book and the next book centers on this character.

    new to the group

Posted by Marcia Steeves, 4 years ago

Hi, I'm new to the group but after finding one of Iris's books at a garage sale I've found myself hunting them down. I'm having a hard time findin them in order, so its been a bit hard following thebackgrounds of some of her main characters in the mystery ones, but I love how she's been able to overlap character story lines within the books. anyone interested in swapping books?

    All her books are great!

Posted by Linda Gibos, 4 years ago

I'm not sure which books are her new books, but I have to say I've never read a book of hers that I haven't enjoyed.

  • Newest books.

I have not read any of her new books. Any feedback to give me on good or bad ones?

  • What Style do you like best by Iris Johansen?

Like so many authors Iris Johansen writes romance and mystery. Which genre were you introduced to her first? I was introduced to her mystery books and those are the ones I tend to read the most of.
