  • Eye opnening book for short tuff girl

Posted by Light Reader, 2 years ago

I have recently read "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." by John Gray. If you haven't read this book yet, I highly recommend it. This book explains why females and males act and react the way they do and why it seems so hard to maintain a good meaningful relationship.

I have learned a lot about both men and women from this book and it explains a lot to the questions I have regarding to human behaviours.

Eating by the LIght of the Moon

Posted by Short Tuff Girl, 4 years ago

I bought this book in a used book store in Vermont. Or as I was saying, it found me.

This book is a very easier to read book on a woman's relationship with food. Although it is geared towards eating disorders, it is also about disordered eating and a woman's relationship with her body. I think any woman or man for that matter would get a lot out of this book.

I think this is a new favorite!

    Seven Habits

Posted by Short Tuff Girl, 4 years ago

If there is one book that I found has been my eye opening books, it has been Seven Habits by Covey.

I found it sums up a lot that is said in other books.

Does anyone else have an "eye opening" book?

The Feeling Soul - A Roadmap to Healing and Living

If you have ever felt stuck with emotions that are hard to work through, then the Feeling Soul is the book for you.

Most self help books focus on changing your thoughts, but some of us are more feeling types. Learn about what emotions are, understand why you do the things you do, how to express emotions healthily, how to get unstuck and move forward in new directions!
