    Something I've Been Waiting For

*GASP* There's a Twilight special offer inside...wonder what it is?

I was looking through the weekly flyers tonight and was shocked to find a Twilight game for Nintendo DS. It's a version of the Scene It game except with this one you can play by yourself. I would prefer it if this game were one where you could play one of the characters fighting the Volturi or the nomads, but I will still be getting this game and playing it till I can't play no more!

I don't care how hot Edward is, I would not want him breaking into my home to watch me snooze! I'd want to be awake. LOL.

Yes, Twilight (book & movie) was very romantic but the part where Edward tells Bella he's been sneaking into her room to watch her sleep is just plain creepy. This poster says it all.

How I think what happened to Emmett went down. Mmmm...Emmett sandwich!

Once again I present a flaw in the Twilight world. According to Edward, when a vampire starts to feed it is next to impossible to stop. That was why he looks up to Carlisle. He was able to do it 3 times (Edward, Esme & Rose).

Here's the hitch: Rosalie found Emmett after he had been mauled by a bear. Because he reminded her of a friends baby she brought him home to Carlisle to turn. She did this because she didn't have the strength/willpower to stop once she started. How come Rose didn't go into a Jasper like blood frenzy when she found Emmett. I'm assuming the bear didn't beat Emmett with a phone book causing only internal injuries. That ain't the bear way. Emmett would have been covered in blood which would have been like dipping him in chocolate sauce to us.

Is this a flaw or is there an explaination to why this happen?

And can we just stop to think about Mr. Lutz covered in chocolate sauce? YUMMO!

  • New Book and Movie Recommendations From Stephenie

Posted by izzie ., 10 days ago

Stephenie Meyer posted a new note on her website and here are a few things she said:
    - I've been very impressed with the world in general and the Twilight fansites in specific in the support and love everyone is giving Haiti. It's amazing to see how Twilight fans have come together to help. You are wonderful people. At this point, I think it's important for all of us to remember that the situation in Haiti is not going to be cured overnight, so... keep up the good work, and let's all keep the Haitians in our thoughts and prayers.

    - A new book recommendation: I recently read and adored The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows. It was one of those books that feel absolutely perfect and satisfying, and when you finish it you sit around wishing that you could find another book just like it.

    - Finally, a movie recommendation: Dear John comes out Friday the fifth of February. Thanks to my cool friend Wyck (who many of you have seen in various Twilight Saga interviews, as he is one of the producers on our movies, and who is a producer on Dear John) I got to see this one early. I will confess, I cried. Also, I discovered Channing Tatum, who I’ve somehow missed until now. Likey. Lots. Amanda Seyfried is entrancing as always, and the chemistry (chemistry is always the crux of a movie for me) between them is lovely. Though the chemistry between Channing Tatum and Richard Jenkins (who plays his father) was my favorite part.
