Firefox

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
Click the Go back one page button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button to run scripts.

Internet Explorer

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet Zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
a. Click Custom Level.
b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

I finally picked the book up while visiting Toronto. I'm looking forward to reading it. It's slimmer than I thought, but looks like there is some good content.

This book was AMAZING!!!! It's very inspirational and helps to put all this stuff in perspective. Getting kids to exercise and be active is so important, and they can sure have a lot of fun doing it. I like her points about "de-scheduling" kids' time, and allowing them more time to just be kids--but she doesn't mean in front of the TV screen or computer. I think this book is a must-read for all parents. I like Laumann's ideas, such as "Play in the Park," which centre around community-based activities. There is a lot of wisdom in this excellent book.

Highly Recommended.
