    Very interesting. I do agree with you about questioning food choices and mental health, as many mental health issues are inherited, as in Bi-polar. Now after saying that, these mental issues usually have an inherited "predisposition" to the disease. (Not absolute.) And my theory is that the actual chemical imbalance in the brain, is the inherited issue. And if that were the case, these types of diseases could be challenged to not be inherited. That book NUTRITIOAL GENOMICS looks fascinating. Putting that on my 'to read' list. Thanks

    Ha Ha..I want redeeming qualities in coffee too... But I did read somewhere (more conflicting info??) that coffee has antioxidant properties. AND I know for a fact it helps with sinus problems. It works great for sinus headaches. O by the way.... I think I will post that Apple book, and try to find that very old Prevention book along with it..("Which Apricot Grown Where")...... Good idea.
