I have recently read "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." by John Gray. If you haven't read this book yet, I highly recommend it. This book explains why females and males act and react the way they do and why it seems so hard to maintain a good meaningful relationship.

I have learned a lot about both men and women from this book and it explains a lot to the questions I have regarding to human behaviours.

Yes good introduction to the differences between genders for sure. For a more deeper understanding of the differences between genders I highly recommend the work of David Deida.

For the men: "The Way Of The Superior Man: A Spiritual Guide To Mastering The Challenges Of Women, Work, And Sexual Desire" (http://ow.ly/1kZTC). This book has changed my life. Worthwhile for women to read too.

For the women there's "It's a Guy Thing: An Owner's Manual for Women".
