I was given the book "The Lovely Bones" to read by a friend. I actually accepted it out of politeness as the content just didn't sound like it was my cup of tea. But after deciding to give it a try, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it thought provoking. I was glad I gave this author a chance. I have since bought and read "Lucky" which I found even better than the first. I have never been able to imagine what it must be like to live through, survive and carry on after a brutal rape but Alice Sebold puts you front row and centre. I couldn't put it down

I have not yet had a chance to read the newest book of Alice Sebolds "Almost Moon" but have heard many mixed reviews. Has anyone in this group had a chance to read it yet? Comments?
