An excellent well researched resource! Perfect and packed full of plenty of nutritional information on how to maintain a balanced vegetarian diet or vegan diet (with yummy recipes to try too!). I have been a vegetarian for most of my life, and this was definitely interesting to read. It may be overwhelming to those who are just looking to make the change into vegetarianism because there is SO much information. In my case, I was feeling weak and tired all the time and this book has helped me… read review

    As for Douglas Coupland, people typically read JPod first. I on the other hand have not read JPod. I started with The Gum Thief. Which is such a crazy unique novel. His writing style in this book is what got me hooked. So I would say start with one of those.

    We certainly do have similar taste in books. It will make for a lot of great items for us to chat about. :)
