Garr Reynolds starts by making an observation about the simplicity of a bento (Japanese lunch box) and that the design makes it easy to use and understand yet pleasurable to view. OK, I cheated a bit with this book. I picked it up on CD and listened to it on my way to client sites, but I can still tell you that this book is worth reading (or listening to).
