Masterpieces Of Japanese Screen Painting: The American Collections

Masterpieces Of Japanese Screen Painting: The American Collections | Miyeko Murase

A gorgeous gift

This book contains a wonderful collection of elegant, evocative Japanese screen paintings. Many of them are on foldout pages so you can see the full panorama of the artists' visions. A stunning gift to give to an art-lover… read review

The point of intersection is, of course, the Great War.

Barry's protagonist Willie Dunne is a working-class boy who joins the Royal Dublin Fusiliers because … view post

A Book Expo in New York sounds like a dream work trip for me!

I really enjoyed Hard Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World too. I think I would say it's my second favourite. Sputnik Sweetheart is my favourite of his though. I know it's not his best, but I loved it. One of those books I remember feeling entranced while reading. I've been entranced reading all of Murakami's so far though.

I hope you have a lovely rest of the week!
