  • Michael Robert Dyet

    Michael Robert Dyet says:

Sorry I haven’t been in touch lately. Life is just too busy! Thought I’d let you know that “Until the Deep Water Stills: An Internet-enhanced Novel” won two awards in the Readers View Literary Awards:

    1. Canada East Region Winner
    2. Writers in the Sky Award for Best Creative Writing of the Year

I have also had a short story accepted for publication in “Canadian Voices, Volume 2 – An Anthology of Prose and Poetry by Emerging Canadian Writers”. A good month! Take care, Michael

Constantine: Thanks for accepting my friend request. Hope you enjoy my blog postings. The latest one actually references your favourite author.

Quick bit of shameless self promotion for my novel "Until the Deep Water Stills - An Internet-enhanced Novel". I've created a cyber introduction called "The Metaphor Tour" which can be accessed via the link below.

Just had to get that out of the way! Hope 2010 is a great year for you. Michael

    David Andrus says:

    Dear Constantine,

I am now retired. It was an early retirement, following which I had surgery for a brain aneurysm. Fortunately most of my faculties are intact, except, possibly, my short-term memory. I'm enrolled in St. Augustine's Theological Seminary, at U of T, but haven't taken a course for a while. I agree that it is very hard to teach high school students these days. Thanks for your note.
