11/22/63: A Novel

11/22/63: A Novel | Stephen King

Time Travel King Style

Another terrific outing by Mr. King. His ability to set the stage and make you care for the characters is second to none. When the tragic happens, and you know it will, it still hits you like a ton of bricks. The detail he brought from his own worlds of Derry and the real world Dallas were seamless. A must read for all King fans. read review

    That Guy Adam says:

It was excellent dude, I loved it! If you've read the Medstar Duology and Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter I would highly recommend this book - it's like a continuation of the stories from each one but takes it to the next level!

  • Bella

    Bella says:

I love the earlier Sith books. Darth Bane: Path of Destruction was really good.

  • Bella

    Bella says:

I always love the baddies in stories, so I will have to add that one to my wishlist. I'm the same with Star Wars, to the horror of my friends, who love the Jedis and all I want to read about is the Dark Side!!

  • Bella

    Bella says:

Its the first Batman book I've read, and the storyline seems quite good so far, so I'm hoping for good things. My hubby has read 52, and liked that so I might read that soon too. So you recommend the others? I'm like an end up from "Making Money", so it will be all Batman soon!

    Bella says:

I know! My gainer-size tears are just drying now!! I was in Regina for the game and it was crazy, but we had a good season, injuries and all. I think I'd much rather cheer on the Lions than Calgary.

Haha, well to be honest, I do only read about 1-3 at a time. Most of them are books that I have borrowed or bought, but have yet to read. I find it easier to keep track this way, that's all.

Hey DLOTS, Glad that you like the Nightside novels. Feel free to post a review on The Fertile Imagination. I'm looking forward to it. ;-)
