This is not just another cookbook! This will quickly become your kitchen bible! The recipes are healthy, fun and everything I have tried has been fabulous! The Morrocan Stew was to die for and I had a ton of compliments. The simple salmon with dill sauce - unbelievable! The best part......HEALTHY! New takes on old favorites - from butter chicken, pizza to lasagna! This is one cookbook that needs to be in your kitchen. read review
