Corkscrew Coaster

Corkscrew Coaster

My 7 year old loves this toy

I bought this Kinex set reluctantly, at the urging of my 7 year old. I was a bit dubious about the quality of the item, as it looked a little flimsy in the online photo. I finished reading Time's Legacy and I enjoyed it...I liked the ending. It takes place in Glastonbury, where I long to visit, so I loved that aspect of it and the whole pagan/Christian slant. I'm actually planning a trip there for next summer. I'm in the middle of To Defy a King now by Elizabeth Chadwick and I've ordered her next novel that was just released...for the King's favor. I've also just picked up The Red Queen by Philippa Gregory...so lots of bedtime reading for me!

Oh wow, that does look good. I checked it out at Amazon. Mysticism is right up my alley! I ordered it through Chapters because it is available right now through them and I'm going on holiday next week! Thanks again Jackie! Hey you live in Toronto. We should get together one day over a wine or a cup of tea and a good book talk :-)

I'm look forward to reading The Fool's Tale...it sounds good! I'll share notes with you when I'm finished it. Rob Roy was a great movie! I haven't seen Restoration. I should look for that.
