Firefox

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
Click the Go back one page button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button to run scripts.

Internet Explorer

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet Zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
a. Click Custom Level.
b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

I have to say I really enjoyed this book from start to finish. I especially liked that while throughout the book it's obvious that Richard was a cunning and dangerous killer you can't help but see the other, more human side of him. Far too often only one side of the story is looked at with serial killers. It's interesting also to think that although Richard Kuklinski might not have held the same morals as the majority of society he did have some of his own, for example he never killed or wo… read review
