First of all, let me state that I was very hesitant to read this book. I'm not generally into "chick lit". I mean, you'll never catch me with a Danielle Steele book in my hand and threw the first Shopoholic book down in digust a third of the way through; and I almost never give up on a book once I start it. My son

It looks like my son has been bitten by the reading bug just like his "old" mom. He will be twelve next month and has gotten into the author Darren Shan. He's currently reading Book 5 of the Saga of Darren Shan series called Trials of Death. He read Book 4 yestereday afternoon part of which was spent following me around the grocery store with his nose buried - yes, he rear-ended me several times (lol).

  • About Me:

I love mysteries, thrillers, some fantasy, vampire/werewolf/witch, anything with action. When an author that I like has a series with the same character, I always collect the whole series. I am never without a book whereever I go; I'd feel naked without it. So far I have resisted the pull to buy an e-reader. I love the feel of a book in my hand too much and I love to see my collections on my shelves. Maybe when Kobo starts accepting Chapters gift cards or Interac, I'll consider it.
