On the Tools menu, click Options.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet Zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.
If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
a. Click Custom Level.
b. In the Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Jillian Michaels - Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

I have bought workout dvds done by other trainers before but i found that the workouts were to boring. I maybe touched the dvds once when i first got them and never felt challenged enough. Ive been hearing good reviews about Jillian so i picked this dvd up at work. Let me tell you its the best thing i have done! This dvd is good for beginners/ intermediate. I found that my heart rate stayed up and i was always feeling challenged. Plus you can adjust the moves to your level of fitness. Seriously… read review
