Yet another great book for all the Gregory and historical fiction fans out there. An absolutely intriguing character brought alive like only Gregory can do! Although I have read the cousins war books in the order they have been written, you could certainly read this before the White Queen and Red Queen. I actually think it may have been better to read about Jacquetta before reading about her daughter Elizabeth (White Queen). Not your typical Magdalene Contraversy

I just read the novel "the Expected One" by Kathleen McGowan. This fictional novel, based on some of the theories/legends regarding Mary Magdalene was a pretty good book. It contained much of the same theories regarding Jesus and Mary Magdalene that we have seen in books like Holy Blood Holy Grail, and of course the very popular the Da Vinci Code.
