New Love For Angels

This is the first book I have read that has an Angel as the main character. I have read about airies, vampires, witches and were wolves. I was pleasently surprised and left wanting more. Clara is made to feel so real. Her emotions and struggles were brought to life perfectly. This is definatly one of my new favorite stories. This book absolutely left me wanting more!!! read review

My Collection is Growing

It has long been my dream to reach a magical number of books. I dont collect alot of things. My house is full of kitch and parafanalia, but that has always been due in part to my fiance, and gifts from others. I do however collect books. Whether I intend to read them, or whether I just want them because they look nice, or they spoke to me or jumped off the shelf into my hands, I collect them. Books find refuge in my house from others who may not want them, from being forgotten or tossed … view post

You may as well shoot me now I'm old and no good anymore.
I'm actually 30 now. Are you sure you want to be friends with a near-senior? I wouldn't blame you!

    I miss you.

My sister bought me a Kobo :o
I love it! I have already bought The Night Circus on it!
And Divergent. They are both very good!

You should just get married at the city dump. It's inevitable anyway...

I think you should totally come and see me for my big 3-0 party...If I have one.
I might just mark the occasion by crying in my bathroom or something.

How is Kevin doing? And your mom?

I'll be driving by your place to go to a hockey game in Edmonton, but I don't know if I'll be able to stop in and say hi.

    What's new?

Lady Julia is more of a mystery with a great sub plot, that you will figure out, but I don't wanna ruin it! I am not big into historical, but I love this!

I do try to read some seasonally. I can't really find anything. (I spend and hour the other day trying to find something) So I have finally started Sookie Stackhouse (kind of Halloweenie) and I picked up Night of the Living Deed...looks like it could be fun!

Did you find anything with a Halloween theme?? Have a great day!

It was a little slow as the author developed the new format, but by the end I was so hooked. Raybourn is awesome! That is why she is one of my top five!

Hope you had a great weekend!

I am still waiting for it to show up as I ordered it on line. I was at chapters and read another 20 pages. I am about half way through. By the time it gets here I will be done! hehe
Well congrats on the new job! Must be nice to not have to worry about it for a little bit.
I finished it on the weekend, loved it. Not sure if you read the first three. I was a little worried bc it was only supposed to be a series of three.

I keep picking it up at the stores and reading a couple more pages. One day when it gets here I will finish it!
Yeah, job stuff should be figured out. Nothing worse that a job that takes over your life. Been there. I hope if works out for you in the end.

Yep that is my first name. It confuses people on line so I don't use it much here.

They are miniature Pomeranian's Odysseus and Kalypso. The red one is 4 and the cream is 10 months. He's younger but quite a bit bigger than Kalypso. I'd like to breed poms someday. I love them.
