A fun cook book that needs a tweak or two

What I love: The field guide format. I like having a picture of what the recipe is supposed to look like. These are beautiful closeups on white backgrounds so all you see is the cookie or square. Field notes give excellent information on making the cookie. These recipes are easy to follow. Information is provided on any special equipment needed (ie for Springerle or Krumkake). There are even non-edible cookies ie applesauce decorations and salt dough. What I don't love: The recipe … read review
