I really loved it because I thought it was so unique, and it was a love story written more like real life. Have you seen the move? I didn't like the movie as much, they cut out a lot of the parts where Henry travels to the past when Clare is a young girl and they are building their bond, so you don't feel the bond as much in the movie.

Hi Mary Ellen - thanks so much for the confirmation of the Deliverance Dane book, as well as The Lace Reader, which I've also added to my list. Really appreciate it, as the Salem witch trials are an era that I'm fascinated by as well. Happy reading!

What was the Serpent's Tale like. The first book did not knock my socks off. Wait was the Serpents Tale the second book, so you have not read that one yet. Let me know what you think when you have read the book. Thanks. Happy Reading.

I think you will really enjoy it when you get a chance to finish the book. You are lucky that your book store lets you do that. I put a hold on the book from my library, there was quite the waiting list.

Yes it sounds really good. I've been addicted to the Twilight series and I'm looking for something different to read after I finish New Moon.
