  First Novel of Alison Weir. I loved this telling of Jane's story, One that is usually passed over in the rush to go from Henry's rein to Mary's and Elizabeth's. Ms. Weir paints a very sympathetic character while colliding with known historical events. Makes me want to read her non fiction "children of Henry VIII"

Slightly more supernatural than I would like in a Historical Fiction novel, but it works for the premise the author puts forth.

  Finished This in less than a week. Very deep story for something that is such a quick read. If you loved Mr. Pip (Jones) From 2007, you will really enjoy this book. This is the story of Little Bee, a Refugee and a British Woman. I can't tell much more than that without spoiling the book (The Dust Jacket said the same thing).
