So when I first picked up this book and started reading it I wasn't sure. But the further in I got the better it was. I passed the book onto a friend to read (just the chapter on HR) and give back so I could finish. They became ADDICTED to this book, so much so they phoned up another friend and tried to read excerpts of the book to them over the phone.
