Buff Dad is a witty and easy to read fitness book that works. The diet program is easy to follow and Mike's story as a dad who's poundage got away from him is an entertaining read that many can relate to. But it's the workout portion that really shows off Mike Levinson's training expertise. While the exericises are simple to understand and designed for all fitness levels, they aren't for the wimpy. Poor Dirk Gently ends up the victim of a sequel

While Douglas Adams is one of my favourite writers of all time, this follow up to "Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency" wasn't quite as brilliant as the original - but that one had the cow so how can you beat that?

    Michelle's first short story, Mission Rejected, was published in 2006 in the anthology "New Wave of Speculative Fiction". She also has a story published in "When Graveyards Yawn". She's has number articles published, has a pilot produced for HGTV and is currently working on a couple movie scripts. Her most recent book is a fitness book for men called: "Buff Dad: The 4-Week Fitness Game Plan for Real Guys" (HCI 2008).
