It's a LGBT festival, and a chance to surround myself with all things queer about books and publishing. • About Me:

I caught the word-bug early. Though I tend to stay most often in the fiction camp, I do stray into the various non fictions from time to time. I love this country, where I proposed to my husband on the Canada Day after it became possible to marry him.

  • My Works:

My short story "Heart" appears in FOOL FOR LOVE (Cleis Press). I also have a short biopic piece, "First Touch," in I LIKE IT LIKE THAT (Arsenal Pulp Press). My short story "Cakewalk" appears in "I Do Two" (MLR Press). Forthcoming are "Aiming to Please" in TENTED (Lethe Press) and "Three" in BLOOD SACRAMENTS (Bold Stroke Books).

Thanks Nathan for the words of advice. I think being an author is a wonderful aspiration to have. I hope one day to accomplish that but it'll take effort and time.

Congratulations on your wedding as well. That's wonderful to hear!

Glad to hear that Nathan. It's always a risk when you change genres, but I've had very encouraging feedback.
