I wanted to make a move to go back to cooking from scratch to provide a more wholesome meal for my children and to show that better tasting food may require a bit more work but the payoff is in quality, flavour and health benefits. I asked for this book for Christmas after taking it out from the library. I was really impressed with the pictures and details the author taken the time to put in.
