I bought this book preparing for my son's toddler years. In a period where I do not have much time, I found reading this book not a good use of it. A lot of the advice was just the author's opinion, rather than being based on any scientific evidence. Some of the advice was very helpful, such as how to handle tantrums compassionately. There was other advice which I didn't agree with. For example, the author recommends using cookies to help a baby who does not like to get changed. I don't agre… read review
