    I hadn't heard of a fourth book in the series. This is actually a re-print of Goddess by Mistake, Goddess by Choice, etc, which were released in 2006.

    So I did some searching, and found it: Divine Beginnings is only an eBook, and only available in the US. :( I believe that PC had it on her blog for free, but is now charging $2.99US to Americans.
