Bridge to Terabithia

Bridge to Terabithia | Katherine Paterson

Wonderful Novel !

It is difficult for me to overrate how important this book is in my life. Katherine Paterson is a good writer anyway. It seems that this book will always be the peak of her success due to its' marvelous depiction of friendship. In many ways that is the whole point of the book. Due to a tragic twist at its' end it is also about how a good friendship can inspire one to deal with lifes' harships. That is why "Bridge To Terabithia " will always be one of my favourite novels. It is brilliantly… read review

Which two books did you read? Thus far I have only read Beach Music and The Prince of Tides. If you have read any of his other books that you think I should read I'd love to hear back from you. Any recommendations would be great.

I feel the same way about Mia. It was very surreal when her career began taking off - one day she was just another friend of my sisters (tho extremely dramatic even from an early age), and then suddenly; she transformed into this extremely driven and self aware woman. The roles she's taken on aren't for everyone, and it's her defiance of convention that keeps me intrigued. The book is really cool - it’s almost like a box-set. If you do pick up a copy please share your thoughts with me.
