    I am a voracious reader and have encountered very few books I don't like. Having said that, I think life is too short --and that we already do enough things we don't enjoy -- to spend a lot of time wading through a book that's just not giving me any pleasure. Sometimes, I just know it's never going to strike me. Other times, I'll put the book back on the shelf and give it a another try a few weeks, months, years later. Time can sometimes make all the difference.

  • Interests:

    My pets, as evidenced by my profile picture. Dogs and horses. I have a penchant for long, drawn-out political or current event debate. Must be by competitive side, honed over many games of Trivial Pursuit with my brother.

  • Favourite Movies:

    Okay, I admit it. I have a cheesy horror movie fetish. The more gore, the better.

  • Favourite Music:

    Pop Country Classical -- 80s! I am the queen of 80s music trivia. Anything but Rap.
